01 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 7u74 and its users. 7u74 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") is an international online gaming service operated specifically for users in Bangladesh.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility

• The account holder is solely responsible for the security of their account.
• Sharing or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

03 Deposit & Payment Policy

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

04 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Withdrawing from 7u74 is straightforward, but a few conditions apply. KYC verification must be completed and your deposited amount must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes; VIP members receive priority processing.
• Once a withdrawal request has been submitted, it may not be possible to cancel it.
• Wagering requirements must be met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.

05 Bonus & Promotional Offers

06 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

• Any disputes regarding game results must be reported to support within 72 hours.
• 7u74 reserves the right to void any abnormal winnings resulting from a technical error.

07 Prohibited Activities

7u74 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

7u74 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances.

• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• In cases of suspicious transactions or potential fraud.
• The user requests self-exclusion or account closure.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned, provided it has not been forfeited due to a terms violation.
